How much does the course cost, and is there a payment plan?
The course is $2,000 USD, one-time payment.
Is this therapy, or a substitute for professional mental health care?
No. The Life Director® Method is a signature method drawing on theatre, drama therapy techniques, coaching and NLP frameworks and modalities. If you're managing a diagnosed mental health condition, this should sit alongside professional care, not replace it.
Do I need coaching experience to take the course?
No. It's built for 2 audiences at once: people applying the method to their own life, and working or aspiring practitioners who want a structured method to offer clients. Modules are sequenced so both can follow along without prior training.
Is it live or self-paced, and how much time does it take?
Self-paced — each module is a video lesson with accompanying worksheets and coursework, plus 1 live monthly group call to ask questions and go deeper. Modules vary in length, so the total time commitment depends on how deep you go with the reflective work.
What happens after I finish the course — can I go on to the retreat?
Yes. The course and the 5-day retreat build on the same method. Completing the course isn't required before the retreat, but full Life Director® certification requires all 3: the course, the retreat, and the book.
Is the course delivered in English or Arabic?
The course is delivered in English.
What's the refund policy?
