In this first module you will be directed to write your own story after you replay it in your mind. All those major events and elements of the story will become more verbal and tangible on paper. This is your chance to start observing all those patterns of behavior or decisions that you are consciously choosing and those that you are subconsciously undertaking without realization on our part.

Your Stage… Your Life
In this module you will learn about all the elements of the theater stage that include the stage itself (representative of your life) and the usual role of each of these: the supporting characters, the backstage crew, the stage manager, the leading role, the director…

It’s Your Choice
In this module you will get to pick and choose what you’d like to keep because it adds value and quality to your show and that which you would like to remove from your stage because it’s either hindering your performance or downgrading the overall quality of your show.

You’re the Pro Script-writer
In this module you will learn to become very intentional in writing that script which truly represents what you truly want and start creating the new reality you’d like to manifest. You become like a professional scriptwriter in really knowing where the script is going and to envision yourself being that leading character and the director of this story.

Own Your Stage
In this module you will learn how to de-clutter your environment and how to detox on all levels so you start preparing the new stage. You will be given exercises to own your stage and become the decision maker on what goes where. You will set a sequence and a time frame for everything that needs to be tackled for this new life identity.

Cast Your Characters
In this module you will get to define the characters you personally play and you get to also cast all the characters in your life so you get to reflect on each of their roles. You will learn how to look at each of these roles from a director’s angle to evaluate the true value of every specific role to the 360 degree view of your life. You will be empowered to either permanently keep those that are positively contributing to your play, those that you only want to keep temporarily and those that you want to remove because you have concluded they are of no value to you any longer.

You are Your Life Director
In this module you will connect with yourself as the Real and Only Life Director and you will start owning responsibility holding yourself accountable to every decision you make, every person you allow into your life and every event that’s within your control. You will learn how to preserve your health physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually so you can maintain an optimum performance in directing your life.

Refine Your Life Calling
In this module you will start embracing the right to start asking all the right questions and will learn how to be very specific in every matter you tackle. You start sharpening your focus on all levels so you get to a point of refining your true purpose and calling. You will allow yourself to start having conversations with the universe or God on how to go about being the Real Life Director embracing the higher power as a supernatural part of your human nature.

Practice Makes Perfect
In this module you will start rehearsing and repeating that practice of this new script and your new Life Director role till perfection is accomplished. The more you do that and you practice that new inner self-talk, the more it becomes part of your new identity. You start believing that this is now the Real You and the old you becomes more like a distant memory that you learned a lot from.

Reveal Your Authentic New You
In this module you would have earned the right to reveal to the rest of the world who this New Authentic You is and you start being more confident in advertising yourself in this new identity. Since actors live and are mindful in the precise moment they are acting in, you will learn the same technique so you no longer engage much with the past but you focus on performing best at present and the future will be able to take care of itself. By now you would have gone through a lot of therapy and healed so you can smoothly move forward to the upgraded version of your life.
